Looking for folks who can help with details for the family of Jonathan WALLACE, age 52; b. SC; living in Union County, NC in 1850 (US CENSUS). Wife: Martha, age 40; children: Thomas, 20; John F. 19; W.J. 11; Manuas, 10; D.C., 8; W(ilson). W(illiam)., 6; Elizabeth, 14; Mary 4; and J.S.J. age 12. All children except Thomas b. in NC.
1850 US CENSUS Union County, NC has them living next to R. B Wallace, possibly the eldest son.
1860 US CENSUS has them living in Lancaster District, SC
Census also states they were all born in SC (LOL) family #16; Jonathan, age 60; Martha, age 51; Gorge Y, age 33; Manuas, age 20; Doctor C., age 18; Wilson W. age 16; Elizabeth, age 14. living next door to H. J. Wallace age 27 and wife Martha.
