I have not seen any messages concerning Camden Co., so I am entering this information in case it hopes it will help someone.

"Year Book - Pasquotank Historical Society, Vol. 4" compiled and edited by Edna M. Shannonhouse - in the section on the Daily family bible are two mentions of this surname: "E.P. Dailey and Emley Walkup was married June 5, 1827" and "Samuel Walkup departed this life February the 14 day 1830."
