I believe I may have some info which fits with your search. I have a history of my family which shows a Walter & Elizabeth (Thomas) Walkom were natives of Cornwall, England & moved to Canada. They had 3 children-Truman, Minnie, & Ivy. Ivy was my grandfather.

If you feel this is the family tree you are looking for, I will look for a response at this site. (altough I am not a frequent user)
