Hi Mark,
My great-great-grandfather was James WalkLETT, from Burslem, Staffordshire. He and his family are listed in the 1881 census for Burslem:
James WALKLETT, 55, Burslem; Saggar Maker (Potters)
Mary A. WALKLETT, 50, Nantwich, Cheshire
Elizabeth WALKLETT, 25, Burslem; Transferer (Potters)
Emma WALKLETT, 17, Burslem; Transferer (Potters)
Levi M. WALKLETT, 16, Burslem; Pupil Teacher
Sarah WALKLETT, 12, Burslem
James WALKLETT, 10, Burslem

An older daughter, Hannah Mariah WALKLETT, had already emigrated to Trenton, New Jersey, USA, with husband Robert WILDBLOOD. The rest of this family, along with another married son Thomas WALKLETT, followed shortly after this census. I'm just starting to trace this line, and I don't know whether the WALKLETT's and the WALKLET's are the same family. Do you know whether there's a connection?
