Margaret Walkingshaw married to Adam Young was born about 1820 based on the 1841 age 21, 1851 30, 1861 age 41, 1871 age 48, 1881 age 57 census and death register age 52 when she would have been 65 in reality. Adam Young her spouse death register has his age of 68 crossed out and 58 written in. Based on census he would have been about 66. No birth record has been found for him either but they had plenty of children. I found on one birth certificate for Elizabeth Young that in 1855 they had 4 living boys 2 dead, 2 girls alive and 2 dead. The I only have found 6 out of 8 to that point in time. The oldest son Andrew was born Sep 12 1841 and the witnesses were John Mofft and James Bane. Francis was born Dec 10 1843 and no witness for baptism. Adam James Young was born Oct 15 1845 no witnesses. Mary 1850, John 1854, Elizabeth Oct 6 1855, Jessie 1857, David 1858, George Apr 8 1861 no witnesses, Jane born Aug 17 1863 , Adam Young Sep 23 1865. All of the births list Margaret as the mother and repeat the same wedding date. Thanks, Barbara
