I believe , if you check dates of birth for Rance E & Nellie Ransetta you will see they are two different people.
The 1910 Census was taken in April 1910 and Rance E. was 8 months old. So she would have been born about September 1909. Nellie R. was b. after that census was taken--I think August 1910.
