Internet information as shown below from several sources is not reliable regarding Edward, mariner, and group 9 Thomas Walker, 1st, etc. Since the name "Edward" was not used by Thomas & descendants, I believe that the names/connections shown for Thomas, William, Richard, are fictitious and/or made to coincide with approximate birth years of Thomas 1st sons. (The latter 3 would be the sons of Thomas 1st.):

Edward died after Thomas 1st (GR 9 DNA)but before Thomas' brother Capt. Richard, who had no children. Edward only left to a son John in his will.

Edward b abt 1580, Of All Saints, Evesham, Worcester, England; died Abt. 1656 Northumberland Co., VA m abt 1600 to Susan ?, would who have been born bef 1586 and died bet. 1623-1627: Children from various records were listed as John b bef. 1602 England, (d ?bef 8 Mar 1664/5 Westmoreland Co., VA); Morris b bef 1627 England; Richard b bef 1627 England; William b bef 1627 England.

Edward was married 2nd to Sarah Johnson m 12 Jan 1627/8 All Saints, Evesham, Worcester, England d 1657 Northumberland Co., VA: children: Sarah b 6 Mar 1629/30 All Saints, etc; John b 10 Nov 1633 All Saints, etc.; Elizabeth b Jan 1637/38 All Saints, etc.

Edward transported in 1650 his wife Sarah and son John (transported again- ?another son John)to Northumberland Co., VA. Thomas and son Richard tranported to that location in 1649 by Ralph Wormeley; on ship with them was Morris Walker, prob son of Edward -nothing found later about Morris.
