I am wondering if anyone else has found anything more on this family. My gggrandfather was Theron Walker b ca 1816 North Carolina married Nancy Elvira Brooks b 1833 North Carolina. They end up in Madison County, NC by 1880. I wonder if this there is a connection. Theron's parents were born in Virginia and South Carolina. Nancy's mother's name is Mary Elvira Blackwell born South Carolina
