Do you have Parents & siblings of U.S. Walker and/or Eliza Riggs ? If you don't--I found them.
I find marriage record for U S & Eliza--but no date on it. ( I just read your post again--and you have date) They apparently married about 1886 as she was still with her parents in 1885 and in 1887 they have Ethel age 7 months.
In 1887 and in 1892 I find them in Washington Territory,Garfield, with just the one daughter. She is listed as Ethel, Flora E, and FE. (they are listed twice in 1887 )
I found a death date for Eliza of 3 Aug. 1892.
1900 shows U S as widower in Stevens Co. WA and brother John N is living with him. No children.
1910 still Stevens, CO wd. living alone.
Now--this I'm not sure of--1920 Benewah, Idaho--age, wd., etc correct--but it shows 15 yr. old daughter Thelma. She could not have been Eliza's--or maybe that is a different US ??
1930 another question--He's in Yakima WA married to Madge and shows daughter Gene Stephenson age 21,living with them.
But all other information shows to be the same US.
