Given Arthur William's age, your GG-grandmother appears to have died in or shortly after his birth.

You would have to get a full copy of the Birth record of Christopher or of Arthur to establish correctly.

I haven't found Thomas's marriage to Rachael.

There is a Death of a Rachael Sullivan in 1922, aged 72, which may be her.

=======================

This looks like the couple in the 1911 Census, with some extra information on the original document-

"Woxford" looks like Wexford on the original.

And "Adamstrox" seems to be Adamston. Checking on-line, there is an Adamstown in Wexford.

The couple have been married for 38 years, so around 1873 - but no location.

They have had 8 children, all still living in 1911, apparently a healthy family.

=============================

It looks as though you have to now pursue Irish lines, probably Parish Registers etc in Adamstown, Wexford.
