Seeking information on greatgrandmother, Mary Davies born somewhere in Wales in 1835. Her parents were Thomas and Anne Davies. She married Richard Williams on March 29, 1860 in Waukesha, WI. Both were 25 when they married. Richard came to America (WI) in 1857 with parents and siblings. Unknown when Mary came or where she was from. Richard's parents were John and Elizabeth (Rowlands) Williams. John was born at Llanllugan. The Williams family had lived at Belan yr Argae about 7-1/2 miles northwest of Newtown. Unknown if Richard knew Mary in Wales, if she was from the area where he lived or where? Supposedly her parents did not come to America.
Richard and Mary (Davies) Williams' children were named: Thomas, David, Elizabeth, John, Richard, Anna and Joshua. She died in Kansas in the late 1870's. Any information appreciated.
Any information appreciated.
