Richard Chadsey/Chadwick

My Richard Chadwick immigrated from England in 1858 and settled in Providence, Rhode Island. He died in 1899 and on his death certificate were listed three relatives; Almira W Chadsey, her son George H Chadsey and his wife Addie M Chadsey. Almira was married to Henry Turner Chadsey who was descended from William Chadsey of Wales.
William had a father and brother named Richard.
My Richard Chadwick married Christina Heller from Germany so I know the Chadsey relative is not from her side. Since the names are so similar, I am wondering if my Richard Chadwick might be a descendant of Richard Chadsey, and somehow the name was altered a little in the immigration. If anyone knows anything about Richard Chadsey or any connection between the two names Chadsey/Chadwick, I would really like to hear from you. My Richard was born about 1839 and I cannot find him in any England census.
Any help or input is appreciated. Thanks.
