I have had a really good look for the family in 1891 and cannot find them in Wales or England, could they have gone to Ireland at the time of the census?
You say however that Mary was born in 1871 in Cork, but in the 1881 census it states she was born in ENGLAND she was then aged 10 years. The Mary Collins in Ebbw Vale in 1891 married to John Collins was born in Ireland and is only 18, so born c.1873. I don’t think they are the same person. Regards, Janice
