William [1833-1920] m. Eunice Roberts
Sister, Hannah Williams, m. Joseph Roberts. Above were
children of William Williams [1805-1890] Convict #1641 to AU 1833 who Returned to Denbigh about 1880 & Alice Parry b. 1805 to John Parry and Margaret Jones.
William Williams was convicted to poaching and assault on 15 Mar 1833. Alice was pregnant with william, b. 26 Sep 1833. Alice moved to Groessfford, the family home of her parents John & Margaret. John was brother of Moses Parry whose son Moses Parry, Jr. m. Elizabeth Roberts. Their daughter Elizabeth was the mother of John Rowlands, AKA Henry Morton Stanley.
Grandfather John Parry guided the brothers into the miller craft & both became Master Millers. Part of their training or apprenticeship may have been served in Wrexham where William's son, Moses Henry Williams was b. 17 Mar 1859 to Eunice (Roberts) Williams, d/o Joseph Roberts & Catherine (Lewis) Roberts who in 1851 were living at 42 Henllan St., Denbigh with children, Lewis,age 16, journeyman shoemaker; Lydia, age 10; Elizabeth, age 7 & Jane, age 9 months.
Swan Lane birth Register states, "John, son of Wm Williams, of Henllan St., Denbigh, laborer by Alice Parry, his wife, born 12 Jan 1831, was baptized the 24th of same: by D. Roberts" John m. Letitia. He also worked in Wrexham and was counted in the 1871 Wrexham census. John & Letitia had Thomas Parry Williams, b. 1858; William Williams, b. 1860, Alice Williams, b. 1872, d. 4 May 1946 and Hannah Ellen Williams, b. 1876 and d. 11 Jun 1957. John died in Chester, England in 1912 Letitia & children are buried in Chester.
Hope to find descendants of John & Letitia. William & Eunice immigrated to Wisconsin, USA about 1869. I descend from Joseph Williams, brother of Moses Henry, b. Wresham and d. 18 May 1926, Crescent, Logan Co., Oklahoma
