Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
Alice Eugenia Lockart was born in 1852, in Oskaloosa, Mahaska County, IA. She was the daughter of John Franklin Lockart and Mary Funk. She died August 31, 1897 in Moran, Allen County, Kansas. She married Henry C Waldrip Jr on May 8, 1872 in Idaho. They had two children, Vetta and Maud. I don't know whether Henry died or they were divorced, but Alice had a second marriage to David LaRue, and they had one child together, Bertie LaRue.
In her will, her heirs were Vetta Custer, Maud Barnett, and Bertie LaRue of Elk Falls Kansas. David LaRue and Alice were married in Allen County, Kansas, and he had been married previously and had three children at the time of their marriage.
