In a previous posting I mentioned there is a town (Village) in West Sussex with obvious family connections, namely Walderton, north-west of Chichester and near Sout Harting where Wallders rest in the graveyard.

On driving through Kent recently I was reminded there is a second town named after us - Walderslade. Maybe this is where William I's conquering Walders first settled.
