I am particulrlly interested in obtaining information concerning the Walcher family from Germany. Did they originate from around Tubingen the old University city? Or even better, from Kirchentellinsfurt about 10 miles up the river from Tubingen.
My Walker familly came from Kirch.... and records show the name originally was Walcher or Walcker. Records indicated the spellling began to change in the late 1700's, early 1800's.
A Walker family association exists in the Kirch.... area. They meet once a year. I have had contact with them.
