The following is from page 986 and 987 of "The History and Genealogy of the Families of Old Fairfield" compiled and edited by Donald Lines Jacobis about 1930. I have a transcript of the Wakelee information from this three volume set at "http://home1.gte.net/bwakeley/genealogy/"
"Wakelee, David, s. of Jonathan.Ens., south company, New Fairfield, May 1757; Lt., May 1761; Capt., Oct. 1765. Bapt. 1 Mar. 1719; d. at Brookfield between 1791 and 1795; m. Penelope Lacy, dau. of Ebenezer. He rem. by 1749 to New Fairfield, and late in life to Brookfield.

1) Lemuel, m. at Brookfield, 13 Dec. 1781, Rosannah Ruggles.
2) Dennis, m. Esther Blackman.***
3) Ruth (twin).
4) Rhoda (twin).
5) Eunice, d. 5 May 1819; m. Elnathan Skidmore, of Newtown.

7) Huldah, b. 3, bapt. 10 June 1758, d. at New Milford, 19 Nov. 1807 ae. 48 (g. s.)m. 1 June 1779, Samuel Ruggles.
