At her residence in Pitcher, April 28th, Mary Abigail Wakeley, wife of Ebenezer Wakeley, Esq., in the 72d year of her age.
She was struck with a fit of Apoplexy on the 17th at evening, and after languishing between 10 and 11 days, died without a struggle or a groan, and it is believed without an enemy. She had her reason until the last, but was unable to speak so as to be understood but little. She has left her aged companion, with whom she has lived for fifty years, and her surviving children - her numerous friends and the curch, of which she was a faithful and useful member, to mourn her death, which is deeply lamented.

Found while doing research. Those named are of no relation to me (that I know of) and I have no further detail, but wanted to pass it on to anyone who might be interested.
