Yes they could be the same and I personally think they are. I have information that tells me they are and info that tells me that they are not. It is said that Richard Walkely was Scottish and Henry Wakely was English. This is not hard to believe either because of the history of that particular part of the world. England and Scotland were at one time very intermingled. I have some information that tells me that Richard and Henry were brothers and the sons of James. They had a sister Rebecca. Now whether this is exactly correct I have yet to prove. If anyone out there can help I am sure everyone would be greatly appreciative.
