Some one had found a DEATH date for Thomas Wakefield that was born in 1793 this miss-information came from a LDS microfilm called the “Book of Wakefield.”
Now most recently on the Internet they neatly make use of the date of death as “Dec. 18, 1878.” I have offered for the day month and year of Thomas Wakefield birth from my grave stone. But they have come up with the Death date of “Dec. 18, 1878.”
There is a LDS microfilm “Book of Wakefield.” This was a typed form document that was done on typewriters for legal forms. This was done because the preprinted forms were real wide. The older gene workers of the LDS church remember the forms. These hand-typed forms are not to be found in today’s world of computers submitted information.
Now for the faithful who roll these words of whit?
When they typed the micro filmed “Book of Wakefield.” It was done on typewriters for legal forms. They offered 3 people as having the same day month and year of death. We are lucky they didn’t offer up the date of death of the family dog as has having the same date.

The Wakefield family member the descendant of Thomas Wakefield born in 1757 just a head of my Thomas Wakefield born in 1793 may have died on “Dec. 18, 1878” and his wife may have died on “Dec. 18, 1878.” BUTT my Thomas of Thomas Wakefield born in 1793 never died on “Dec. 18, 1878”

My Thomas Wakefield has a gravestone with the day month and year for birth 1793 and death 1866. My Thomas Wakefield is shown in the 1860 federal census records. However Thomas Wakefield doesn’t show in the 1870 federal census records any were as a Thomas Wakefield that was born in PA. in 1793.

The micro filmed “Book of Wakefield.” Said Thomas Wakefield that was born in PA. in 1793. Died in “Dec. 18, 1878” THIS IS NOT TRUE. Don’t get in to this record miss-information hand out. Thomas Wakefields year of death was 1866.

The 1830 federal census so neatly has called him Thos of Thos Wakefield. The Wakefield memorial has described Thomas Wakefield as born in 1793 and he married Elizabeth Haymaker.
