Hi, John....The only Thomas Wainwrights in our line were earlier than 1860. Much earlier. There might be one during the time you mention, but I will have to look through my records more thoroughly. It is thought that Richard Milbery is a descendant of a Thomas Wainwright and Keziah Dixon. This has not been documented. And this Thomas would have been before 1800. Our family is directly descended from Hasten Dixon Wainwright, I and II. Do you have any further info on Thomas? The Wainwrights in our family were not located in Shreveport, to my knowledge, but were in Alabama and S. Carolina until the mid-1800's. Sorry I can't be of more help to you. I would be happy to share any info that might be of assistance. Judith Bourgeois Schick
