Hi Katherine,
John L. Winscott here.

The David I. Winscott in Callaway Co. Missouri was the
son of Nathan H. Winscott and Elizabeth Langley.
Nathan was the brother of Jesse Baker Winscott my Great Grandfather.
David (Greenup?) Winscott died 1819 Gallatin Co. Kentucky.
David was married to Rebecca Baker daughter of Moses Baker
Sr. Rebecca moved to Callaway county Missouri with 2

daughters and 3 sons. The 2 girls were married, Judith
to William Morgan and Sophia to Absolum Kemper. I believe
Rebecca died abt. 1830 because the 3 boys appeared in
court to elect Nathan as their guardian. The other boy
to appear in court was David (G. or I. I believe it was G.
for Green).
Kathrine, if you need more info let me know and I'll see
if I can get it to you.
