The first 14 people named above are all Trustees of the Buxton Circuit of the Methodist Connection, this organisation is selling a semi-detached house at number 15 Silverlands Road, Buxton, to Thomas Cooper for 850. It appears that Thomas Cooper is already the occupier of this house.

The Methodist organisation bought the property in 1909 and all these 14 Trustees already held that role at that time together with 5 others who have died in the meantime.
