I am looking for the parents of a William D. Waggoner of Russell County, Virginia, b. 1816, who stated on the 1850 census that he was from Tennessee, no parents' birthplaces recorded. William D. Waggoner married Nancy Munsey, d/o David Munsey (Reverend) of Russell County, VA. William and Nancy Munsey Waggoner's daughter, Nancy Elizabeth Waggoner, married Bert Thomas Wilson, son of Civil War veteran John Patton Wilson of Russell County. Bert Wilson was "the best criminal defense lawyer in Russell County" and served on the board of directors at Radford College.

I wonder if Henry could be William D. Waggoner's father.
