Seven hundred and fifty acres were surveyed for Major Peter Waggoner of Prince William County, Virginia, on the south fork of the Shenandoah River in 1749-50. An additional survey was made for Frederick Fraily on 2 October 1751 of one hundred and twelve acres in the same area, adjoining the Waggoner survey. Waggoner had refused the survey warrent and it was given to Frederick.

can anyone tell me anything about him?
