I have a photograph of headstones for Tomas Wagnon and wife Elizabeth Coffey, and infant General Coffey from Union Cemetery #3 at Ballplay, Etowah County, Alabama.
The stones read as follows:
Tomas Wagnon
Born 1866
Died 1899
"Prepare to Meet Me in Heaven"
Anah Elizabeth Coffey
Wife of Tomas Wagnon
Born July 20, 1871
Died 1890
"Prepare to Meet Me in Heaven"
General Wagnon
Born 1899
Died 1890
"At Rest"
On all stones, the letters "N" and "S" are printed backwards. There are many other Wagnon plots, but I did not note them, nor photograph. I am related to Coffeys and Bagbys buried at this cemetery.
