Fabien Wagner dit George and Marcelline Veve Quebec

Fabien Wagner's father was Francois Wagner/George (b 1797 in Quebec died 12/21/1860 in Joliette). His mother was Sophie Archambault (born 11/17/1804 in St.Paul de Joliette, died 1/20/1883 in st. Ambroise de Kildare, Quebec). I am pretty sure that Sophie's ancestors were Jacques Archambault and Francoise Toureau. Francois father was also named Francois. Sophie Archambault and Francois Wagner married on 1/23/1823 in St. Paul. Marcelline Veve (Vaive) is my great great grand aunt. Her brother Pierre Veve was my 2nd great grandfather. The Veve's are descended from Johann Bernhardt Weber who came to Quebec from Germany and may have been a Hessian soldier. (Weber is the name that became Veve or Vevre and sometimes Vaive). I have to check but I think Fabien Wagner was my great grandfather's godfather. Marcellines' mother was M. Francoise Rivet (Rivest)and her father was Bernard Veve.

Fabien Wagner's great grandfather was also from Germany (Jean-George Wagner). His wife was Marie Angelique Denomme. Jean George Wagner and Angelique are my 5th great grandparents. They lived in Lanoraie, Quebec.

I have quite a bit of info on this family. Many Veve siblings married Wagner siblings.
