I am researching the WAGNER Family that came from Germany in the 1830’s, first to Erie, PA, and then to Washington County, OH:
John (Johannes) WAGNER was born 2 Feb 1793 in Kusel, (now) Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. He died 27 Jul 1880 in Lowell, Washington County, OH. John married Margaret SEYLER (SAILER) in Kusel. Margaret was born 7 Mar 1796 in Kusel and died 22 Feb 1885 in Lowell. They had the following eight children:
Jacob WAGNER, b 1824, m Carolina, seven children: John, Adam, Philip, Will, Eva (m HUFFMAN), Lena (m GROSSKLOS), Margaret (m BELL).
Adam WAGNER, b 1826, m Catherine SEYLER, six children: Catherine (m Jacob HOLLINGER), Caroline (m Isaac LONGLEY), Adam Jr. (m Lovina TEISCHER), John, Phillip Ludwig (m Nancy MAPLE), Margrett E. (m Truman CURTIS).
Margaret WAGNER, b 1827, m (John) Phillip KEELER, seven children.
John WAGNER Jr., b 1835, m Karolina HENNEMAN, m Maria Susana RAUSCH, m Charlotte TEISCHER, 13 children.
Peter WAGNER, b 1839.
David WAGNER, b 1840.
Caroline WAGNER, b 1841, m EISNACH, m SNYDER.
Katherine WAGNER, b 1843, m SHOOK, three children.
