I'm looking for the birth parents of a friend of mine.

This is all she knows--

her Mom's married name was Alice Jean Wagner (maiden name unknown) and she was 18 in 1960 so she was born in 1942

Alice was from Milwaukee, WI and was going to a college there, she does not know which one but she was an art major

She was married to a James Wagner around 1960, but she thinks they didn't stay married long.

James Wagner (her father) worked at the carnivals.

In the early 1960s, a lawyer with the last name of French handled the adoption.
