He was Charles E. Wagle's (my grandfather) brother. I got my middle name from him. Howard was a bachelor all his life, he lived in Vandergrift where he owned the Buick garage on Hancock Avenue. He played the banjo and the violin. I believe Howard died in November 1951. I'm sorry, I don't remember any more about him, other than , he used to sit on the front porch at my grandfather's house and impress all of the nieces and nephews with his knowledge of cars and how fast they were going.
