Louarie M. HEATH (b. 22 June 1843-d. 4 Feb 1923), m.25 Feb 1863 John O. WAGLE (b.29 June 1829 Madison, KY d. 10 Apr 1902 Platte, MO). Name listed Louary in marriage record. John O. Wagle was the son of Lewis Wagle b. 10 July 1800 Madison, KY and his wife Charlotte Kelly b. 18 Nov 1808 Madison, KY. John Wagle served the Union in the Civil War. In Annals of Platte Co. MO by Paxton he was described as ‘intelligent, genial, and generous.’ In 1910 Louarie age 66 and widowed is living in the household of her son Henry Clay Wagle in Platte Co. MO. Louarie Wagle died at age 79 of acute yellow atrophy of the liver. Informant on death cert was her son Henry Wagle, Platte City. MO. Buried McComas Cemetery with her husband, Platte Co. MO. Other Wagle descendants buried there as well. Louarie Heath was the daughter of (Rev.) John Wesley Heath b. 24 Oct 1809 Cabell Co. WV d. 30 Nov 1888 Platte Co. MO and his first wife Judith McComas b. 1811 d. 10 July 1850 Platte Co. MO.)

Henry Clay WAGLE b. 9 Feb 1872 MO d. 24 Oct 1952 Kansas City, MO m. 15 Dec 1895 Agnes C. SODEMAN b. Feb 1878. She was the daughter of Charles F. Sodeman b. 24 Aug 1842 OH and his wife Katie Frazier. Charles F. Sodeman had come to Platte Co. MO after the war, settled 4 miles north of Platte City; married Katie Frazier there and he taught school and was engaged in farming. In the 1910 census Henry and Agnes Wagle are farming in Carroll Twp, Platte Co. MO and his widowed mother Louarie Wagle is living in their household age 66. In the 1920 census he was incorrectly enumerated as Henry C. Wagel but is 47, still living in Carroll Twp, Platte Co. MO but now working out as a ‘machinist.’

Frank Lanter and Beulah (Wagle) Lanter are buried in Platte City Cemetery (Hillcrest), Platte Co. MO. On the Jan 14 1920 census for Platte Co. MO Beulah K. Wagle age 20 is single and working as a public school instructor like her sister, and living at home with her parents.
Charles Thomas WAGLE b.6 Aug 1901 Platte Co. MO d. 24 Nov 1945 Platte MO. m. 28 Nov 1928 Anna Marietta SCHERF b. 16 Sept 1906 Farley, Platte Co. MO. In the 1930 census for Green Twp, Platte Co. MO he is farming. He died of cancer of the pharynx and was buried in Platte City Cemetery (Hillcrest), Platte Co. MO. They had:Charles Thomas WAGLE b. 2 Jul 1933 MO d. 30 June 2000 Clay Co. MO. m. ca 1955 Diane CROWL b. 15 Sept 1936. He died of cancer and was buried in Ridgely Cemetery, Platte Co. MO. They had 3 children.

Joseph Henry WAGLE b.3 Jan 1917 MO d. 12 Nov 1963. He is buried in Platte City Cemetery (Hillcrest), Platte Co. MO.
