The information I have for William is that he received some kind of payment for his Revolutionary War services. I do not know anything about his pension. The information I have is that he died in 1803, which might have been too early for him to have received a pension.
We are pretty distant kin. I descend from Herbert Waggener, son on John and Rachel Waggener, and you descend from his brother Samuel. I would be happy to share any information that I have with you.
