I am descended from Andrew Waggener (WAGONER) and Fanny Creel. I seem to have struck the proverbial brick wall with Fanny. I do have their land records in Adair Co. KY and many are in Fanny's name without Andrew as a co-owner or anything of that nature. I have all the descendants you mention from her youngest daughter's obit -- Mrs. Gilpin died Dec. 1900 in Illinois - if we can work together I'll be glad to hear from you.
