According to my records, Maj. Andrew Waggener was born 6/1/1742 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia and died 5/27/1813 in Braxton County (what is now WV). He was the son of John Waggener, who was born between 1705-1710 in Essex County, Virginia and died between 1771-1782 in Culpeper County, Virginia, and mother, Rachel (info unknown).

I have more info, which i will forward to you as time allows. I have a fairly significant tree in my posession that was researched and constructed by another family member.
