That is probably correct. All I have found from my research is that my Andrew was born approximately 1801-02 in North Carolina and married Tabitha Lyon July 26, 1823 in Edgar, Illinois and is in Vermillion County, Illinois from the 1830 census on. Tabith died in 1866 and Illinois marriage records show Andrew Marrying Mary Ann Geraard in 1867, Vermillion county.
As to his parentage, I had not found anything definate but your information sounds like it is going to be what I am looking for.
His oldest son, Samuel Sellers Blakemore Waggaman (that probably contains some ancestors name from some side of the family) was my Great-Great Grandfather and is burried in Barton County, Kansas.
