Hello...My name is Karen-My grandfathers name is Samuel Waer. I was born and raised in Whitter, Ca. I believe that Uncle Charlie is my grandfathers uncle...but i'm not sure of that...but i know that we are related. I have met a few of my relatives on the waer side when i was young.
