My name is Muriel Waer Oberfell (I am employed by Mr. Shamek and he has allowed me to look at this site) My grandfathers name was Alfred Paul Waer, he lived in Oregon City, Oregon. He was married to Lucy Francis DeFord. I can't locate his date of birth or death yet. He had two children, My father Merrill Charles Waer and Fern Waer Skinner.
