Hazel,

Actually I thought you to be a Mcelroy, maybe Mom ment Melroy? My Weir/Ware/Ward/Wade/Willey/Wiley/Whiley/Wooley/Wolley/Woolley/Wharton/Woolege(legal change in NY court)/Woolworth/Wooldridge/Woolruff/etc is hiding out on me. I know my gg-grandfather was Thomas Woolley m R. Dorsey in 1844 in OH. They had 9 children, I think all born in OH, but from there I don't know where all the others with the exception of my g-grandfather George went. George and his wife Lizzie Neal stayed in OH.

I know Thomas, John, Elizabeth, and Isaac? Willey were in CT back in 1700's. I have beginning and ends and no middle.

One of my Woolley's married a Roswell Covault/Covalt/Colbert/Colby/etc in 1871 if that will help.
