You can see your Romeo Wadsworth, age 16, in the 1900 census living in Erie, Ottawa, Ohio. His parents are listed as Nichols (or Nicholas) and Ednora E. Wadsworth. He has three siblings listed.

There is a Romeo C. Wadsworth in the 1910 census living in East Liverpool, Columbiana, Ohio. He is listed as being widowed.

This same Romeo Wadsworth can be found in the World War I Draft Regsitration Cards database on Ancestry.com. His name appears as Romeo Clyde Wadsworth with a birthdate of July 1, 1883. His registration place is listed as Ottawa, Ohio. His wife's name is listed as "Carry".

The 1930 census shows Romeo Wadsworth living in Hamar, Allegheny, Pennsylvania with his wife Carrie and 10 children. They are:

Nelson, age 18, born Ohio
Charles, age 17, born West Virginia
Lucinda, age 15, born Ohio
Emma, age 13, born West Virginia
Nick, age 12, born Ohio

His current address is listed as Freeport Road, Allegheny, Pennsylvania. He is listed as having brown hair, brown eyes, 5'7" tall and 130 pounds.
