Wadsworth Family Genealogy Forum

Hi everyone. I have some questions about the family of Capt. Joseph Wadsworth (who died in the War of 1812; he was the son of Robert and Mary Kelley), and his family in Fayette Co., PA. The East Liberty Presbyterian Church cemetery in Vanderbilt has a confusing stone:
Charlotte w/o Joseph WADSWORTH 6-2-1833 age 41 ? yrs 6 mo. 6 ds.
She is too young to be a different wife of our Joseph who had children in the first decade of the 1800s. The question mark after the age might mean it was hard to read and could be wrong. Could this have been a wife of a son? Did he have a son named Joseph? Is there another Joseph Wadsworth running around Fayette County? I don't have a record of him? By the way, after Captain Joseph died in 1813, his wife Susannah remarried to Joel Evans, who is also buried in the cemetery, aged 90 in 1871. Others of the Evans family are there too, as well as some of the Shallenberger and McGinnis families who married with the Wadsworth family. Any thoughts posted here would be appreciated (and emails too). Thanks. - Steve -
