Gary,
I found one of your messages that mentioned your family from Jackson County, AR. My grandmother's mother was Mollie Wadley. (dau. of James A. Wadley, gdau of Samuel and Susan. The ones that had Paralee. She married James N. Diffey.
Mollie was stabbed in a knife fight and died in Jackson Co., AR in 1890. My Grandmother Lillie and her brother William (Bud) were raised by the Wadley family of Jackson/lawrence County area.
Would any of these names be familiar to your family.
My grandmother Lillie always claimed to be 1/2 Indian but I can't prove or find anything to support the claim.
