Yes, George Homer Wadley was my grandfather, my dad's father, so George Norton Wadley was my dad's grandfather, making him my great-grandfather. I called my mom again, and she does remember about the cotton gin accident with your grandfather. My dad, Vernon Wadley and my mother Mildred (Henderson) were married in 1939. My oldest brother was born in 1940, my sister in 1943, my other brother in 1948, and me in 1961. I was a late-comer! My mom remembers that Joe Wadley had only one eye, she said that when he was a kid he stepped on a tool or something and it hit him in the eye and he lost it. This is really interesting, I've always wondered about my dad's family. So your grandfather and mine were brothers. Thanks for the info, Judy!!!! Lee
