Family names: Jesse, Martin, William, Thomas, Joseph, John, David, Caswell Warren (after his stepgrandfather), Green, George, Jacob, Sterling Price, Isaac, Rebecca, Nancy, Susan,.... Jesse moved his family about 1881, eventually to the Red River Valley. Matilda (mother of Martin and Jesse) stayed there with her second husband, Caswell Warren. Martin's family stayed in the area; on the 1900 Shannon Co. census, there were two young Wadkins/Watkins boys living in different households near Martin; they had ARK births, one was a John, listed as a foster child in the household of Martin's son-in-law. The families were very poor. Does anything sound familiar?
