I am researching the WADDINGTON family.
My grandparents came from East Morton,Bingley
before moving to HALIFAX about 1923. My grandmother spent about 25years working on
our family tree which goes back to JOHN WADDINGTON born 1726- died 1817 aged 91.
He married Mary Brown on January 22nd 1750/1
at Guiseley. She was buried at Guiseley on July 8th 1785.They had 10 children and I have
branches coming down from 5 of them. I have well over 200 names on grandma's tree which I
am presently checking Most of the family were
married and buried around Guiseley and the Otley area. I could send you a copy of this if you wish. It would be nice if we could gain something from it.
