I will mention as he would be in the 1820 time frame in Kentucky:

William H. Waddle/Waddell b. 1800 Virginia (or Anderson Co., Kentucky), m. 16 Oct 1820 Mercer County, Kentucky to Amanda "Elizabeth" Munday (Mundy) (d/o Stephen Munday & Susannah (Darnaby) , William H. d. 1844 Indiana
NOTES: Capt Miller's Co, 2nd Regnt, Illinois Volunteers, elected 2nd Lt of Co. Was in battle of Buena Vista, Mexico. Veteran Mexican War, 2nd Liet., Company 1, REg 2 Illinois Inf., Alton, Illinois. He also lived in Anderson County, Kentucky.

America Morrison (29 Feb 1840 Iowa-10 Mar 1900 Arkansas) m. John Gilkerson Waddell b. 25 Nov 1827 Anderson, Kentucky, d. 13 Sep 1899 Stuttgart, Arkansas, Arkansas

They had at least 9 children: James Monroe, Annie mariah "Annie", Perry Harrison, Mary Elizabeth, Ulysses Grant, Samuel "Sam" Morrison, William B., Frances Augusta "Gussie" & Bertha May Waddell

I am thru Frances Augusta "Gussie"

NOTES: John Gilkerson Waddell : After left school, farmed in California, back to Illinois 1865, sailing with 3 children they went up the Miss. River to St. Louis Missouri and settled in Pettis Co, Missouri in 1866.

m. 1896 Stuttgart, Ark Co., Ark to Frances Augusta "Gussie" Waddell d/o John Gilkerson "JG" & American (Morrison) Waddell.
