Hi Wes,
I found two different individuals who had Maynard and Thomas in their family trees and asked them to contact you.

I found Maynard, wife and child in 1900 living in Court House, Whitley Co., KY.
Maynard E. Centers, b. KY, Dec 1877, marr 4 yrs, coal miner.
Ada, wife, b. KY, Sept. 1882.
Raleigh, son, b. IL, Sept. 1898.

In 1920 Maynard was married to Hattie in Ewan, Whitman Co., WA.
Maynard Centers, b. KY, 43 yrs old, 2nd marriage, wheat farmer.
Hattie M., wife, b. IL, 40.

A Maynard Ellsworth Center b. 22 Dec 1878, Barboursville, Knox Co., KY was living at 1330 Vine St. Cincinnati, Ham Co., Ohio in 1942. Source: U. S. World War II Draft Registration Cards 1942.

A Raleigh Gaydon Centers b. 22 Sept. 1898 was living on Sept. 12, 1918 at Jackson St., Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio. Occupation=inspector Davis R_____, Nearest Relative=Alice Centers, 216 Jackson St., Dayton. Source: World War I Draft Registration Cards 1917-18.

In 1920 Raleigh and Alice were living in Bloomington Precinct 12, McLean Co., Illinois.
Raleigh Centers, b. IL, 21 yrs old, mechanic garage.
Alice, wife, b. IL, 23.

In 1930 Raleigh was living with his step-father and mother Ada.
T B Moore, b. KY, 45, conductor railroad.
Ada, wife, b. KY, 49, 2nd marr.
Raleigh Centers, stepson, b. IL, 34, single, mechanic auto.

Thomas H Centers in 1910 was living in Gatliff, Whitley Co., KY.
Thomas H. Centers, b. TN, 26 yrs old, marr 8 yrs, merchant general store.
Lillie, wife, b. KY, 24.
Lola, dau, b. KY, 6.
Elmer, b. KY, 2.

A Thomas Henry Centers on Sept. 12, 1918 was living in Wilton, Knox Co., KY. Born=20 June 1881. Occupation=miner and barber, North Jellico Coal Co., Wilton. Nearest Relative=Lillie Centers, Wilton. Claimed Exemption from WWI=foot at ankle badly damaged by falling slate. Source: World War I Draft Registration Cards 1917-18.

A Tom Centers and family was in 1920 living in Wilton Knox Co., KY.
Tom Centers, b. TN, 37, barber.
Lillie, wife, b. KY, 34.
Nols [what it looks like on Census] b. KY, 15.
Estelle [what it looks like on Census], son, b. KY, 8.

A Thomas Henry Center b. 20 June 1881, Knox County, KY in 1942 was living at 1330 Vine St., Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio.
