I found the same resource on Google books, and also the same problem. This data appears to be an exclusive ownership of Cambridge University, with allowed access to other Universities ONLY with boni fide access ID.
I have asked a "contact" that has access to University of Washington restricted databases that include this service. I don't know if this contact will be able to obtain this 5 page article; but, I will see.
Now, on the other side of the coin... This could be a compilation of several articles on your Great Uncle combined by a student/someone and put into this bibliography at Cambridge. I searched for his name and Haake on my favorite search engine
(and will admit I tried the Google Advanced...don't tell anyone that I used Google). There are a LOT of articles on him. One of the articles involving Haake "could" have been the basis for article 1 in that series.
If my "contact" has success, I'll let you know.
