STEPHENS OBIT with Washington - Wisconsin connection

From one of our exchanges, Wisconsin State Newsletter, Vol 29, #2, page 3

Nicholas STEPHENS, died 7 Feb 1860 at Bellingham Bay (WA). Killed "almost instantly" by lump of coal falling on him. He left a wife and 8 children in Linden, Wisconsin, and a brother at Forest Hill (California or Wisconsin?) known as Captain H. Stephens…..printed in Sacramento (CA) Daily Union, 31 Mar 1860.
