Hi Julie, I'm not related but I do like to help others. I did find some more info.

Ida Theis b. 21 Jan 1895, d. Feb. 1970, Pt. Orchard, Kitsap Co., WA. Her soc. sec. # was assigned in WA before 1951. Source: Social Security Death Index.

An Ida M. Theis d. 10 Feb 1970, Bremerton, Kitsap Co., Residence=Bremerton per death cert #003799. Source: Washington Death Index 1940-1996.

You can obtain an obit for anyone who died in WA if one was published by contacting the Washington State Library, www.secstate.wa.gov/library/ask.aspx . They will search the newspaper microfilm for 60 minutes at no charge & reply with what they do or don't find.

James A. Snider filled out his World War I Draft Registration card June 5 1917 or 1918 in Northport, Stevens Co., WA. He was born 15 April 1888, Alton, Illinois. He was a ____ for Northport Swelling Co. He had a wife & 2 children. Source: ancestry.com and National Archives & Records Administration.

Harry Lee Snider filled out his World War I Draft Reg. card June 5, 1917 while living in Addy, Stevens Co., WA. He was born 6 July 1891, Grafton, Illinois. He had a confectionary job, self-employed in Addy and was single. Source: ancestry.com and National Archives & Records Administration.
